Terms for the current CAM Exposure Assessment.

No paid engagement is created by completing the assessment. Paid CAM reviews, document processing, recurring monitoring, or attorney-directed workflows will require separate service terms before activation.

Current scope

The CAM Review website and CAM Exposure Assessment are informational and qualification tools. Completing the assessment does not create an attorney-client relationship, paid audit engagement, landlord representation, or guarantee that CAM Review will offer a paid service.

No legal advice

CAM Review is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The assessment does not interpret ambiguous lease language, determine legal rights or remedies, decide enforceability, waiver, breach, tolling, notice compliance, or the legal effect of deadlines. Matters requiring legal interpretation must be addressed by the customer or independent counsel before an operative rule is applied.

Assessment results

Results are routing indicators based on information supplied by the user. They are not legal opinions, accounting opinions, guarantees of overcharge, or guarantees of recovery.

User responsibilities

You should provide only information you are authorized to provide. Do not submit confidential leases, payment information, regulated credentials, or other sensitive source documents through the public assessment unless CAM Review specifically activates and directs you to an approved secure-document channel.

Communications

Submitting the assessment permits CAM Review to send transactional communications about that assessment. Optional marketing communications are governed separately by the marketing choice presented in the assessment and applicable law.

Availability

CAM Review may change, suspend, or discontinue the validation-stage website or assessment. The website does not promise uptime, recovery, savings, or audit completion.

Future services

If CAM Review offers a paid review, document-processing engagement, recurring monitoring service, or other service, the customer will receive separate scope, pricing, document-security, service, and acceptance terms before purchase or document upload.
