How CAM Review handles assessment data.
Information we collect
We may collect business contact information, assessment answers, consent choices, campaign/source information, qualification and routing data, message-delivery events, timestamps, and operational/security logs needed to run and protect the service.
The public assessment does not request leases, amendments, reconciliation statements, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, payment-card data, or other confidential source documents.
How we use it
- Operate and secure the assessment.
- Generate a review profile and appropriate next step.
- Send requested transactional communications.
- Route qualified or exception cases for review.
- Respond to questions and support requests.
- Maintain consent, suppression, audit, security, and operational records.
- Improve service performance using appropriately controlled data.
Service providers
CAM Review uses infrastructure and service providers for website hosting, assessment storage, transactional email, and operational logging. Providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their assigned function. CAM Review does not currently sell personal data or lease documents.
Retention and minimization
We aim to keep assessment information only while it remains reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, security, support, audit, legal, or contractual needs. Confidential lease-document retention will be governed by a separate secure workflow before document intake is activated.
Your requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about how CAM Review handles your personal information through the CAM Review contact form. We may need to verify the request before disclosing or deleting information and will respond consistent with applicable law.
Security
CAM Review uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. Confidential document intake remains disabled until the dedicated document-security controls are activated.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service changes. Material changes to data use will be reviewed before the new use begins.
